Acceptable Use

Controversial Material
Content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, or otherwise extremely offensive to others is not allowed to be placed on Customer websites hosted by Codehawkers.

Intellectual Property
Website content that commits acts of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property infringement is not allowed to be placed on Customer websites hosted by Codehawkers.

Example of unauthorized use of intellectual property include unauthorized use of pictures and unauthorized framing of another's website
within your own.

Viruses
All documents should have a virus check performed before the Customer uploads the document to their website.

Security
Codehawkers expects the Customer to maintain secure passwords and a policy for changing passwords upon the departure of an employee.

Remedies and Action
Codehawkers does not monitor website content. If we learn of a violation of Codehawkers's acceptable use policy, we will contact the Customer
asking them to remove the offending content in a predetermined amount of time.

If the Customer fails to remove the offending content, we will deactivate the account.
